Ros Jones is an accredited leadership and business coach specialising in sustainable high performance, self-leadership development, business growth and burnout prevention. Ros works with directors, partners, founders, and leadership teams who want to achieve commercial growth without compromising performance, resilience, or personal wellbeing.
With a background in corporate leadership within large national organisations, Ros began coaching following a pivotal career transition that reshaped her understanding of achievement and sustainability. Since then, she has supported leaders across all sectors including legal, hospitality, accountancy, and SME businesses, delivering executive coaching, leadership training, and CPD-accredited programmes designed to strengthen emotional intelligence, decision-making, resilience, and sustainable leadership habits.
Her core offering includes 1:1 executive coaching, team development workshops, and CPD-accredited programmes such as Self-Leadership: How to Lead, Grow and Succeed – Without Burning Out. She is also the founder of The Self Leaders’ Sanctuary, a 12-month development programme designed to help ambitious leaders align success with wellbeing through structured behavioural change.
Ros’s coaching approach combines evidence-informed leadership development with reflective practice, practical tools, and measurable behavioural change. Her work supports leaders to improve clarity, composure, engagement, and sustainable performance. Clients describe her style as insightful, practical, and immediately applicable.
In addition to her coaching practice, Ros is the host of the Bold Business podcast and author of the novel When I Was A Girl. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable success is built not through pressure and overextension, but through conscious, consistent self-leadership.
