I work with managers at all levels in the hospitality industry. Having spent 20 years of my career in the hospitality industry, I recognize how intense and challenging it can be managing teams at all levels.
I am on a mission to make coaching more accessible to managers leading teams at site level. I work with managers challenged by imposter syndrome, a desire to feel more confident in their current role, overwhelmed, lacking clarity, and want to feel less time-poor.
I use DISC personality profiling as part of introducing my clients to coaching and helping raise awareness of their own personal branding. I also deliver group coaching sessions as well as create bespoke leadership content; building leaders to inspire future leaders.
