Penny’s coaching style is relaxed and informal. Each session is focused on clients’ achieving a specific outcome, and clients are given takeaway exercises and activities after each coaching session.
Penny is a very experienced coach of 22 years, and has coached in sport and business, from Formula 1 team bosses, senior leaders, middle managers to prisoners. As a former Rally Champion, marathon runner, boxer and mountaineer, Penny has vast experience in what it takes to succeed, and her wide ranging experience helps clients to develop techniques, determination and focus to achieve whatever it is they aspire to achieving.
